Qualcomm's Hardware Engineering group is looking for an AI Platform Development specialist ranging from mid-level to senior leadership tiers. This unique role bridges the gap between hardware and software engineering. You will be part of a team focused on applying state-of-the-art AI, Generative AI, and Machine Learning technologies to optimize Qualcomm's chip design, qualification, and debug workflows. You will focus on building cloud-native AI applications, building intelligent automation agents, and developing high-scale distributed backend architectures that significantly improve productivity for chip design teams globally.

Requirements:

• Exceptionally strong command over data structures, algorithms, software design patterns, and system architecture principles.
• Heavy hands-on coding skills in Python along with a solid understanding of system-level programming in C/C++.
• Practical experience or strong familiarity with cloud-scale distributed computing platforms (like AWS) and building modern LLM pipelines using frameworks like LangChain or custom RAG optimizations.
• Ability to design robust ETL pipelines and interact with relational/non-relational data structures.
• Exceptional analytical problem-solving abilities, a fast-learning mindset, and the capacity to lead cross-functional initiatives independently.
